If you are not completely satisfied with your SILVERPRO™ purchase, simply return the item(s) within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (less shipping and handling). Please note, refund process may take up to ten days to be credited once SILVERPRO™ receives your return.

If you wish to exchange an item, please return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order on gosilverpro.com or call our Customer Service Department 201-871-2167.

Return Policy

• All SILVERPRO™ products come with a 30-day money back guarantee, which begins the day your order ships.

• All SILVERPRO™ products must be returned in their original condition.

• Refunds will be issued in the payment form received. Cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.

• Returns will only be processed for orders placed either online at gosilverpro.com or with the SILVERPRO™ Customer Service Team.

* Please include a copy of your packing slip with your return and use a traceable shipping method.
